Sign our Terms of Engagement:
Our Terms of Engagement set out our obligations and your obligations, our fees and a general summary of your instructions. Sometimes the legal process is unpredictable and complex so it is extremely difficult to give you a specific estimate of your legal costs. We cannot assist you unless our Terms of Engagement are agreed to.
Payments:
We will require a retainer before we prepare for any substantive work. We also require an upfront payment to cover the disbursements we forecast for i.e court fees etc Clients are invoiced monthly for ongoing work and/or at the completion of the work done.
